Question by iLikeTheView:
How to keep Crock Pot “Fall-off-the-bone” Pork Ribs intact for Presentation?
I love making ribs in my slow cooker, low and slow, for 12 hours, and they always come out great!
I do notice, however, that the ribs are SO fall-off-the-bone that when I go to take them out of the slow cooker, that they massively break apart and no longer look like ribs. So, fopr presentation wise,
when I serve my guests, they are all broken apart (but yes, they taste great).
My question is, is there a tip or trick to make ribs in my slow cooker crock pot so that they remain intact, and actually look like ribs when I serve them (but still very fall-off-the-bone) ?
Any help is deeply appreciated!

try only 10 hours maybe
i can’t do ribs
or indian food
or sushi
Don’t cook them for so long. Fall off the bone ribs are over cooked.
They should be very tender but what is the point of eating meat off the bone if it wont stay on the bone.
